    DEAR READERS I AM VERY ANGRY ATM!!!!

    YESTERDAY I GET A REPLY FROM AN ADMIN TO OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET AND TO DO /REDEEMPERKS!!!

    I DID BOTH AND NEITHER WORKED!!!!

    THE COMMAND SAID I NEVER BOUGHT DONATOR RANK WHICH IS FALSE, AND I OPENED THE SUPPORT TICKET AND STILL NO REPLY!!!!!!

    Please. Don't use like 200 caps. Have you tried messaging an admin or mod privately? And don't make more than 1 thread when talking about very similar topics

    It can take a few days for them to reply, you have to understand the admins, mods and aXed are quite probably busy with the Factions reset. There is also the server being blacklisted which aXed is working his best to fix.

    Be patient. If you haven't received a response within 2 days, reply to the support ticket to bump it.
