I use it about 11 hours a day and no wrist pain, but with my notebook as a mouse pad I have lower response times ;-;

 

Some shit mouse from the Logitech Mk 270.

 

I use Aula Killing The Soul, great for jitter and also has a double click feature, I use it alot more on kohi, and I also have some cheap Logitech mouse.
