Name of offense: /tpa scam, kick, crash, hack.
Server: Creative
Date and time: 12th of September 2016 at around 17:30 GMT+1
Evidence: answered tp request, crashed/kicked, i logged in again to find i was able to join your other servers except Creative that keeps kicking/crashing.

this is a classic example of a tpa scammer/hacker/trapper... if possible, i would like to return to creative...
